The Centre’s Tropical Diseases Clinic (TDC) provides medical care for returning travelers, immigrants, and refugees, with particular expertise in imported and parasitic infections. The Centre also provides care for Canadians with locally acquired endoparasitic and ectoparasitic disease, or exposure to imported pathogens. With around 2000 patients seen each year for tropical or infectious pathologies, the TDC is the largest center of its kind in North America.
