Centre Hospitalier de Cayenne

The Cayenne hospital center belongs to the regional hospital group, comprising both the 3 coastal hospitals: Cayenne, Kourou and Saint Laurent du Maroni, but also 17 health centers scattered in the isolated municipalities of the territory covered by more than 90 % by the Amazon rainforest. Ethnic diversity is very important within the population of French Guiana, and many tropical pathologies are taken care of here.
